Officine Universelle Buly Retail and Headquarters Maintenance Coordinator

- Coordinate technical and logistical service providers for boutiques and headquarters in France and Europe, ensuring compliance with specifications and timelines.
- Serve as the primary contact for LVMH Workplace regarding boutique maintenance needs, liaising with Retail Management.
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of personalization tools and software in boutiques.
- Organize the delivery of uniforms and specific supplies to boutiques.
- Manage orders and deliveries of essential boutique operational elements.
- Challenge and optimize service provider proposals and costs, ensuring detailed reporting of maintenance activities.
- Verify invoice consistency with established quotes and contracts.
- Ensure the maintenance of safety equipment, reporting potential security risks.
- Diploma equivalent to Bac+2/3 (BTS, DUT, Professional License) in Maintenance, Building Technical Management, Logistics, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the retail, luxury, or hospitality sectors with multisite management exposure.
- Strong coordination and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple service providers and projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in budget management and cost optimization.
- Excellent communication and liaison capabilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Minimum of 3 years in a similar position, ideally within the retail, luxury, or hospitality sectors, with significant multisite management exposure.
Diploma equivalent to Bac+2/3 in Maintenance, Building Technical Management, Logistics, or related field.
