1. Collaborate closely with global suppliers and subcontractors to obtain necessary regulatory documents.
2. Compile product dossiers ensuring completeness and compliance with regulatory standards.
3. Ensure the completeness of Product Information Files (PIF) in accordance with European Cosmetic Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009.
4. Accurately input data into the COPTIS software, ensuring precision and thoroughness.
5. Verify data accuracy and consistency to maintain data reliability.
6. Input specific group and brand requirements into the COPTIS software.
7. Conduct cosmetic product notifications on European Union (EU) and United Kingdom (UK) regulatory portals.
8. Contribute to the compliance of the company's cosmetic product portfolio with the extended list of allergens, ensuring consumer safety and satisfaction.

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemistry, Cosmetics, or Regulatory Affairs
2. Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in regulatory affairs
3. Strong understanding of European Cosmetic Regulation
4. Previous experience with COPTIS is advantageous
5. Proficiency in English
6. Analytical mindset, organized, and meticulous
