1. Oversee and manage subcontracting processes, ensuring timely order dispatch and production tracking.
2. Actively coordinate production timelines and maintain retro-planning schedules with subcontractors.
3. Regularly update and manage the production schedule to ensure product availability.
4. Initiate and monitor manufacturing orders to optimize production quantities.
5. Administer production data, ensuring accurate entry and updates in the ERP system.

1. Proven expertise in industrial planning with a focus on subcontracting management.
2. Experience in production planning, preferably within the cosmetics industry.
3. Proficiency in ERP systems, with knowledge of Divalto being advantageous.
4. Fluency in English.

1. Advanced proficiency in Excel.
2. Strong organizational and analytical skills.
3. Ability to work autonomously with a proactive approach.
4. Excellent coordination and communication abilities.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role is required.
