1. Develop and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with stakeholders and communicating updates across teams.
2. Serve as the primary contact for product-related inquiries, ensuring clear communication of product updates and decisions.
3. Create compelling product messaging compliant with Japanese regulations.
4. Collaborate cross-functionally to execute operational tasks for new and existing products.
5. Provide strategic insights to Demand Planning for accurate forecasting and collaborate with Supply Planning for seamless execution.
6. Analyze sales data to forecast demand and adjust inventory, ensuring efficient stock management.
7. Monitor competitor activities and emerging market trends in Japan.
8. Establish communication channels with HQ and local teams, managing multiple projects and stakeholders.
9. Develop detailed project plans, track progress, and implement corrective actions to meet quality standards.

1. Proven experience in Product Management, minimum 5 years.
2. Strong understanding of the Japanese market.

2. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
3. Analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach.
4. Autonomous, self-starter with a dynamic and entrepreneurial spirit.
5. Organized and structured with a strong team spirit.

Minimum of 5 years in product management, with a focus on the Japanese market.
