1. Develop and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with stakeholders and communicating key initiatives for future releases.
2. Act as the primary contact for all product-related inquiries, communicating updates and decisions across the organization.
3. Create compelling product messaging while ensuring compliance with Japanese regulations.
4. Collaborate cross-functionally to execute operational tasks related to new and existing products.
5. Provide strategic insights to Demand Planning for accurate forecasting and partner with Supply Planning for seamless execution.
6. Analyze sales data to forecast future demand and adjust inventory levels accordingly.
7. Monitor competitor activities and emerging trends in the Japanese market.
8. Establish communication channels with relevant teams both at HQ and locally in Japan.
9. Drive multiple projects simultaneously, managing stakeholders and developing detailed project plans.
10. Track project progress and implement corrective actions to ensure quality standards are met.

1. Proven experience in product management, minimum of 5 years.
2. Strong understanding of the Japanese market.
3. Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
