- Oversee the complete administrative and logistical management of orders, including data entry, preparation, and shipment coordination with the warehouse and external partners.
- Draft and complete export documents, ensuring proper management of customs formalities when necessary.
- Conduct client billing and payment follow-up.
- Update purchase orders in accordance with the company's pricing policy.
- Participate in the execution of product launches, including tracking new product placements and dispatching trade marketing tools.
- Coordinate supply chain activities in collaboration with Operations, monitoring stock levels and product distribution to prevent shortages.
- Support client relationship management and contribute to the enhancement of tools and processes.
- Manage client inquiries and complaints, providing first-level responses to disputes.
- Maintain ERP data and databases, including client records and commercial conditions.
- Conduct transport tenders for sales and serve as the main contact for the transport portfolio.
- Bachelor's degree in International Trade, International Logistics, or Supply Chain.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience, including a first experience in International Trade, INCOTERM, customs, and transport regulations.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Proficient in Excel and at least one recognized ERP software.
- Strong team spirit and curiosity.
- Rigorous, reliable, and analytical mindset.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in international trade and logistics.
Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Logistics, or Supply Chain.
