- Oversee the complete administrative and logistical order cycle, including order entry, preparation, and shipment coordination with the warehouse and external partners.
- Draft and manage export documentation, ensuring compliance with customs formalities as necessary.
- Execute client invoicing and payment tracking.
- Update purchase orders in alignment with the brand's pricing policy.
- Support product launches by managing the placement of new items and dispatching trade marketing tools.
- Monitor stock levels and the flow of new products to prevent shortages.
- Coordinate product distribution in collaboration with the warehouse and market needs.
- Provide quality customer service support alongside the commercial team using various channels and tools.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints, offering initial resolution to disputes.
- Maintain ERP data and databases, including client profiles, commercial terms, and pricing imports.
- Conduct transportation tenders for sales (air, road, sea) and serve as the primary contact for the transport provider portfolio.
- Bachelor's degree in International Trade, International Logistics, or Supply Chain Management.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience, including a foundational role in International Trade, INCOTERM, customs, and transport regulations.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Expertise in Excel and proficiency in at least one recognized ERP software.
- Strong teamwork and curiosity.
- Rigorous, reliable, and analytical mindset.
A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required, with a focus on international trade and logistics.
Bachelor's degree in a related field.
