- Oversee the complete administrative and logistical order cycle, from entry to dispatch, including invoicing and payment tracking.
- Coordinate order preparation and shipment in collaboration with the warehouse and external partners.
- Draft and manage export documentation and customs formalities as needed.
- Update purchase orders in line with the company's pricing policy.
- Support product launches by monitoring new placements and dispatching trade marketing tools.
- Monitor stock levels and new product flows to prevent shortages.
- Ensure periodic availability of productions and optimal distribution of stored products.
- Provide quality customer service support alongside the sales team using various tools and channels.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints, offering first-level dispute resolution.
- Maintain ERP data and databases, including customer profiles and commercial terms.
- Conduct transport tenders for sales (air, road, sea) and liaise with transport partners.
- Bachelor's degree in International Trade, International Logistics, or Supply Chain Management.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience, including a background in International Trade, INCOTERM, customs, and transport regulations.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written).
- Proficiency in Excel and at least one recognized ERP software.
- Strong teamwork and curiosity.
- Rigorous, reliable, and analytical mindset.
A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required, with a focus on international trade and logistics.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
