1. Oversee the complete administrative and logistical order cycle, from entry to dispatch, including invoicing and payment tracking.
2. Coordinate order preparation and shipment in collaboration with the warehouse and external partners.
3. Draft and manage export documentation and customs formalities as needed.
4. Update purchase orders in line with the company's pricing policy.
5. Support product launches by monitoring new placements and dispatching trade marketing tools.
6. Monitor stock levels and new product flows to prevent shortages.
7. Ensure periodic availability of productions and optimal distribution of stored products.
8. Provide quality customer service support alongside the sales team using various tools and channels.
9. Handle customer inquiries and complaints, offering first-level dispute resolution.
10. Maintain ERP data and databases, including customer profiles and commercial terms.
11. Conduct transport tenders for sales (air, road, sea) and liaise with transport partners.

1. Bachelor's degree in International Trade, International Logistics, or Supply Chain Management.
2. Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience, including a background in International Trade, INCOTERM, customs, and transport regulations.

1. Fluency in English (spoken and written).
2. Proficiency in Excel and at least one recognized ERP software.
3. Strong teamwork and curiosity.
4. Rigorous, reliable, and analytical mindset.

A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required, with a focus on international trade and logistics.

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
