- Manage requests for the creation and modification of items, ensuring adherence to internal codification rules.
- Serve as the Key User for the ERP system (Divalto).
- Ensure consistency of information across various databases and tools for different markets (ERP HQ, ERP BPCs).
- Maintain the quality of product data within the information system, including product lifecycle management and hierarchy.
- Ensure the reliability of nomenclatures in collaboration with quality, packaging development, and regulatory teams.
- Verify data quality and consistency, identifying and alerting in case of system malfunctions.
- Oversee the launch of new products from a Master Data perspective, coordinating with project teams.
- Collaborate with procurement, logistics, quality, and IT teams to ensure data accuracy and currency.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of article data management processes.
- Define and monitor quality indicators for the article database.
- Create and track Points of Sale (POS) in conjunction with finance and sales administration.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in management, supply chain, IT, or a related field.
- Proficiency in office tools, especially advanced Excel.
- Familiarity with ERP systems.
- Attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally.
A minimum of 3 years in a similar role is required.
