1. Manage requests for the creation and modification of items, ensuring adherence to internal codification rules.
2. Serve as the Key User for the ERP system (Divalto).
3. Ensure consistency of information across various databases and tools for different markets (ERP HQ, ERP BPCs).
4. Maintain the quality of product data within the information system, including product lifecycle management and hierarchy.
5. Ensure the reliability of nomenclatures in collaboration with quality, packaging development, and regulatory teams.
6. Verify data quality and consistency, identifying and alerting in case of system malfunctions.
7. Oversee the launch of new products from a Master Data perspective, coordinating with project teams.
8. Collaborate with procurement, logistics, quality, and IT teams to ensure data accuracy and currency.
9. Contribute to the continuous improvement of article data management processes.
10. Define and monitor quality indicators for the article database.
11. Create and track Points of Sale (POS) in conjunction with finance and sales administration.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in management, supply chain, IT, or a related field.

1. Proficiency in office tools, especially advanced Excel.
2. Familiarity with ERP systems.
3. Attention to detail and analytical skills.
4. Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally.

A minimum of 3 years in a similar role is required.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in management, supply chain, IT, or a related field.
