- Develop, maintain, and validate international sales forecasts, considering market specifics in regions such as Japan, Europe, and Hong Kong.
- Proactively adjust forecasts to anticipate market changes, minimizing overstock or stockout risks.
- Utilize historical sales data and market trends to refine forecasting models.
- Analyze the impact of innovations and coordinate launch volumes.
- Incorporate brand communication and image strategies into forecast volumes.
- Ensure the efficiency and fluidity of the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) cycle.
- Prepare and lead monthly strategic meetings with key stakeholders, including management, finance, retail, e-commerce, and supply chain.
- Facilitate the validation of proposed sales volumes to ensure alignment with budget and production/supply capacity.
- Manage the new sales forecasting tool (DSCP) and ensure data quality and integration from master data.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators for forecasts, such as Forecast Accuracy and Bias.
- Establish demand forecasts for essential in-store consumables, collaborating with retail and communication teams to ensure availability.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in demand planning or a related field.
- Proficiency in sales forecasting and demand planning tools.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and facilitate strategic meetings.
- Proactive and autonomous work ethic.
Minimum of 5 years in demand planning or a related field, with a proven track record in managing international sales forecasts.
