1. Develop, maintain, and validate international sales forecasts, considering market specifics in regions such as Japan, Europe, and Hong Kong.
2. Proactively adjust forecasts to anticipate market changes, minimizing overstock or stockout risks.
3. Utilize historical sales data and market trends to refine forecasting models.
4. Analyze the impact of innovations and coordinate launch volumes.
5. Incorporate brand communication and image strategies into forecast volumes.
6. Ensure the efficiency and fluidity of the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) cycle.
7. Prepare and lead monthly strategic meetings with key stakeholders, including management, finance, retail, e-commerce, and supply chain.
8. Facilitate the validation of proposed sales volumes to ensure alignment with budget and production/supply capacity.
9. Manage the new sales forecasting tool (DSCP) and ensure data quality and integration from master data.
10. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators for forecasts, such as Forecast Accuracy and Bias.
11. Establish demand forecasts for essential in-store consumables, collaborating with retail and communication teams to ensure availability.

1. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in demand planning or a related field.
