- Actively participate in recruitment processes for temporary and permanent positions, including internships and apprenticeships, for both retail and corporate teams.
- Update recruitment files, HRIS, and administrative information for contract preparation.
- Create and maintain administrative records.
- Coordinate with occupational health services.
- Manage IT equipment requests for new hires.
- Handle badge requests for employees at major retail locations.
- Monitor probation periods and ensure compliance with timelines.
- Manage requests with professional discretion, safeguarding confidential information.
