- Oversee the tracking, management, and archiving of decorative files throughout their production cycle.
- Establish and structure processes related to decorative files.
- Gather and consolidate regulatory and descriptive information in French, English, Italian, German, and Japanese.
- Integrate specific regulations for the Japanese market.
- Validate layout go-ahead after receiving necessary elements.
- Proofread files and verify information accuracy.
- Coordinate and follow up on proofreading feedback.
- Share and communicate approved files with production teams.
- Send final files to printers.
- Archive files appropriately.
- Validate BAG and BAT.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Bac +2 / Bac +3)
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Strong organizational skills and deadline adherence.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Initiative-taking and improvement-oriented mindset.
- Teamwork and coordination proficiency.
- Leadership capabilities in project management.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role is required.
