- Implement key performance indicators to ensure the reliability of gross margin components, focusing on stock valuation and its monthly evolution.
- Monitor and challenge production purchases.
- Ensure the tracking of stock depreciation.
- Establish internal control points related to inventory.

- Participate in subsidiary controlling during monthly closures and forecasts (UK, Hong Kong, Italy, Germany, Japan).
