- Define and implement the global commercial strategy to support Buly's growth across all markets.
- Identify new geographical opportunities and evaluate potential partners while strengthening existing networks.
- Leverage consumer insights, market analysis, and digital trends to guide strategic decisions.
- Ensure alignment of commercial initiatives with the Maison's objectives and LVMH Beauty's directives.
- Lead a dedicated team in international development and wholesale, covering export, Direct to Retail, and hospitality networks.
- Negotiate commercial agreements and optimize export coefficients with distributors.
- Supervise A&P expenditure and ensure alignment with brand strategy and market development plans.
- Manage and optimize the international P&L, ensuring budgetary compliance and providing actionable quarterly reports to the CEO.
- Foster a robust sell-out culture within the distributor network to support sustainable growth and brand value preservation.
- Ensure the smooth operation of internal commercial mechanisms, structuring processes and governance.
- Oversee global product quota allocation and resource arbitration between markets.
- Direct S&OP in collaboration with supply chain, finance, retail, and digital teams to maintain optimal balance between forecast, production, and availability.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in international commercial development, distributor management, or business leadership, ideally within luxury, cosmetics, or premium environments.
- Proven expertise in P&L management, commercial strategies, and market dynamics.
- Demonstrated experience managing distributor networks across multiple regions, with strong knowledge of Asia, particularly Korea.
- Proven ability to influence senior teams, build new strategies, and lead transformations.
- Strong leadership and operational excellence.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work in fast-paced, multicultural environments.
- Fluency in English with impeccable written and verbal communication skills.
- Entrepreneurial spirit, agility, and ability to challenge the status quo and drive change.
- Market curiosity, commercial acumen, and ability to transform organizations.
