1. Manage requests for the creation and modification of items including components, semi-finished, and finished products, adhering to internal coding standards.
2. Ensure consistency of information across various market references and tools, such as ERP HQ and ERP BPCs.
3. Maintain the quality of product data within the information system, overseeing product lifecycle management and product hierarchy.
4. Create service codes according to business team requirements.
5. Ensure the reliability of nomenclatures in collaboration with quality, development pack, and regulatory teams.
6. Verify data quality and consistency, identifying and alerting in case of system malfunctions.
7. Lead the launch of new products from a data perspective, coordinating with project teams.
8. Collaborate with purchasing, logistics, quality, and IT teams to ensure data is reliable and up-to-date.
9. Participate in the continuous improvement of article data management processes.
10. Define and monitor quality indicators for the article database.
11. Create and track POS in collaboration with finance and sales administration.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in management, logistics, IT, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

1. Proficiency in office tools, particularly advanced Excel, and familiarity with ERP systems.
2. Attention to detail and analytical skills.
3. Ability to work collaboratively and across functions.
