1. Manage requests for creation and modification of items, including components, semi-finished, and finished products, adhering to internal codification rules.
2. Ensure consistency of information across various references and tools in different markets (ERP HQ, ERP BPCs).
3. Maintain the quality of product data within the information system, overseeing the product lifecycle and hierarchy.
4. Create service codes according to business team requirements.
5. Ensure the reliability of nomenclatures in collaboration with quality, development pack, and regulatory teams.
6. Verify data quality and consistency, identifying and alerting in case of system malfunctions.
7. Lead the launch of new products from a data management perspective, coordinating with project teams.
8. Collaborate with purchasing, logistics, quality, and IT teams to ensure data is reliable and up-to-date.
9. Participate in the continuous improvement of article data management processes.
10. Define and monitor quality indicators for the article database.
11. Create and track POS in connection with finance and sales administration.

1. Bachelor's degree in management, logistics, IT, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

1. Proficiency in office tools, especially advanced Excel, and knowledge of an ERP system.
2. Attention to detail and analytical mindset.
3. Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally.

A minimum of 3 years in a similar data management role is required.

Bachelor's degree in management, logistics, IT, or a related field.
