- Manage the operational aspects of customer service across multiple channels including email, WhatsApp, phone calls, and Instagram Direct Messages.
- Handle customer cases using an omnichannel ticket management system (Zendesk).
- Collaborate closely with boutique teams and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Provide initial responses to common inquiries based on Officine protocols, with the ability to quickly gain expertise in the product catalog.
- Assist the Customer Relationship Project Manager in managing complex cases and monitoring performance indicators.
- Participate in updating customer databases and reporting qualitative and quantitative information.
- Facilitate coordination between various channels and teams to ensure smooth communication.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer relations, preferably in an omnichannel environment (email, phone, social media).
- Excellent proficiency in French and English, both written and spoken. A third language is advantageous.
- Proficiency in standard office software (Office Suite) and ticket management tools like Zendesk.
- Strong customer service orientation and listening skills.
