1. Develop and maintain a competitive and equitable compensation policy.
2. Conduct the annual salary review across all countries, including France and subsidiaries.
3. Oversee the implementation of the company's profit-sharing plan.
4. Ensure alignment of salaries and benefits with Group standards and other Maisons, particularly in health and welfare.
5. Propose social advancements to enhance employee well-being and attract talent.
6. Develop tools such as the Individual Social Report to communicate compensation matters.
7. Manage payroll and oversee all budget exercises, including budget, revisions, and forecasts.
8. Collaborate closely with the Finance team to ensure coherence and accuracy of HR data.
9. Monitor global workforce numbers and ensure accuracy of data reported to the Group through various reports.
10. Establish an HR scorecard with key HR management indicators.

1. Minimum of 7 years of experience in similar roles.
2. Advanced knowledge of Excel and management/query tools for data extraction and reliable indicators.
3. Strong analytical and results-oriented mindset.
4. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
5. Proactive, curious, and eager to contribute to the development of the Maison.
6. Recognized communication and presentation skills.
7. Proficiency in English.
