Officine Universelle Buly Communications and Public Relations Officer

- Implement and monitor the global communication strategy.
- Organize and coordinate public relations events, including European press days and special events.
- Manage the press department's schedule.
- Coordinate press strategy with press offices and partners.
- Draft, distribute, and archive press releases with press offices and services.
- Create and manage press and influencer databases.
- Handle press inquiries, including preparation, dispatch, follow-up, and acknowledgments.
- Report and analyze press coverage outcomes.
- Monitor digital media coverage.
- Manage European Instagram accounts.
- Track Instagram influencer engagement.
- Provide recommendations for actions in France and internationally.
- Develop a network of journalists and influencers.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of the press and social media landscape.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English.
- Ability to adapt to the unique codes of Officine Universelle Buly.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and InDesign.
- Familiarity with Apple Macintosh systems and Airdrop functionality.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, combining politeness and diplomacy.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Artistic sensitivity and aesthetic sense.
- Teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly.
