1. Prepare and serve coffee and tea adhering to quality and hygiene standards.
2. Take orders, address customer inquiries, and serve clients promptly and efficiently while adhering to the brand's standards.
3. Properly handle and maintain all equipment, including Victoria Arduino machines.
4. Process various payment types and manage the opening and closing of the coffee register.
5. Cultivate customer loyalty.
6. Manage coffee stock and supplies.

1. Minimum of 2 years of successful experience in a similar role.

1. Expertise in coffee preparation techniques and latte art.
2. Fluency in French and English.
3. Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for customer interaction.
