1. Support daily team management and assume the Boutique Manager's responsibilities in their absence.
2. Train staff to enhance skills and ensure professional development.
3. Plan schedules and provide solutions during unexpected situations to maintain efficient functioning.
4. Showcase products to emphasize brand value and guarantee an optimal customer experience.
5. Ensure customers receive excellent service following established sales processes.
6. Conduct sales activities personally and oversee team performance within the boutique.
7. Utilize tools provided to retain customers.
8. Organize store layout while adhering to set schedules.
9. Manage cash operations, including opening/closing registers and handling cash.
10. Monitor stock levels and coordinate orders with the Boutique Manager.
11. Maintain pristine condition of sales areas through product display arrangement and cleanliness.

1. Dynamic and cheerful disposition.
2. Previous sales experience in luxury retail preferred.
3. Strong verbal skills with an aptitude for communication and observation.
4. Curious and interested in beauty products and the Buly 1803 Maison.
5. Enjoys cultivating special relationships with clients.
6. Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
