1. Oversee export activities, including the construction and monitoring of commercial, retail, and marketing budgets for the export zone, ensuring rigorous expense control and structured monthly reporting.
2. Ensure consistent brand image across all touchpoints, supervising product presence, merchandising, team presentation, and overall uniformity in both physical and digital platforms.
3. Manage local partners to ensure profitable growth in key markets, including retail, e-retail, flagship, and e-commerce.
4. Conduct in-depth market studies to identify optimal retail opportunities and steer the development, implementation, and expansion strategy within priority markets.
5. Prepare and present internal dossiers to achieve annual objectives and ensure local adaptation of visual merchandising guidelines.
6. Collaborate closely with local partners to become an expert in market-specific retail nuances and oversee field resources.
7. Coordinate cross-functional teams, including Communication, Merchandising, Training, Supply Chain, and Finance, to maintain operational and strategic alignment with distributors or clients.
8. Monitor wholesale activities by constructing and tracking commercial, marketing, and development budgets, ensuring regular commercial follow-up and brand representation across all accounts.

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the beauty sector, with proven expertise in Export & Wholesale distribution models.
2. Strong understanding of international retail environments, particularly in Asia, including customer culture, commercial rhythm, and visual merchandising expectations.
3. Proven skills in budget management, including construction, monitoring, performance analysis, profitability, and expense optimization.

1. Analytical proficiency and excellent written and presentation skills to effectively communicate internally and structure strategic dossiers.
2. Fluency in English is essential.
3. Natural curiosity, open-mindedness, and a keen interest in exploring new markets and business opportunities.
4. Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment with strong adaptability and a drive to contribute to the growth and structuring of a developing area.

A minimum of 5 years in a similar position within the beauty industry, with a focus on Export & Wholesale distribution.
