- Drive wholesale sales activities across Japan, focusing on department stores and watch specialty shops to expand revenue.
- Manage sell-in, sell-out, and stock management, ensuring precise numerical oversight.
- Conduct dealer training through regular visits, imparting sales expertise and brand guidelines to sales personnel.
- Plan, prepare, and support events at dealer locations.
- Negotiate space allocation within dealer stores.
- Act as the brand ambassador in all commercial activities, enhancing brand value.
- Report to headquarters and gather market information for reporting purposes.
- Handle customer complaints efficiently.
- Experience in wholesale sales of luxury goods, with numerical management expertise.
- Retail experience and watch industry sales experience are advantageous.
- Strong determination, negotiation, communication, consulting, and coordination skills to serve as the liaison between the brand and dealers.
- Business acumen and a sense of responsibility to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Energetic, growth-oriented, and ambitious with a proactive approach.
- Intermediate English proficiency for weekly meetings with the area sales manager and reporting to the Japan CEO.
