Officine Panerai Wholesale Manager

Officine Panerai is a renowned luxury watch brand, part of the Richemont Group, known for its high-quality timepieces that blend Italian design with Swiss technology. The company operates globally, with its headquarters in Tokyo, Japan.

1. Conduct wholesale sales activities for the Panerai brand across Japan.
2. Expand sales with dealers, including department stores and watch specialty shops.
3. Manage sell-in, sell-out, and stock management.
4. Provide dealer training through regular visits, educating sales staff on sales techniques and brand guidelines.
5. Plan, prepare, and support events at dealer locations.
6. Negotiate space allocation within dealer stores.
7. Act as the brand ambassador in all commercial activities to enhance brand value.
8. Report to headquarters.
9. Collect and report market information.
10. Handle customer complaints.

1. Experience in wholesale sales of luxury goods, including numerical management.
2. Retail experience is welcomed.
3. Sales experience in the watch industry is preferred.
4. Strong negotiation, communication, consulting, and coordination skills.
5. Business acumen and a sense of responsibility.
6. Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
