- Oversee the comprehensive assembly, adjustment, and decottage of high-volume mechanical and automatic movements in accordance with Panerai's quality standards.
- Perform all decottage operations on movements autonomously and with versatility.
- Collaborate closely with production to enhance assembly processes and proactively address issues.
- Diagnose and rectify failures in movements that do not meet Panerai's standards.
- Replace defective components and reassemble complete movements.
- Document all interventions and repairs performed on movements.
- Master the initiation process, including flatness, centering, and endshake adjustments.
- Understand all technical aspects of finishing, such as depthing, penetration, and endshake.
- Control movement precision using measurement instruments and perform dynamic balancing of screw balances.
- Conduct final assembly operations and ensure the functionality and aesthetics of various calibers, including calendar and chronograph functions.
- Prepare tools and materials, anticipate consumable needs, and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and quality control, especially when encountering difficulties.
- Contribute to defining optimal processes during industrialization phases.
- CFC in watchmaking or equivalent qualification such as BMA.
- Minimum of two years of experience in movement assembly or as a decotteur.
- Autonomous with excellent dexterity.
- Versatile and flexible.
- Creative with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Conscientious and responsible.
- Good visual acuity.
- Team-oriented.
At least two years of experience in movement assembly or as a decotteur is required.
CFC in watchmaking, BMA, or equivalent.
