Officine Panerai Watchmaker (Decocking Specialist)

- Disassemble, inspect and reassemble mechanical movements with meticulous adherence to Panerai workshop procedures.
- Perform decocking, regulation and timing adjustments to ensure movements meet specified isochronism and amplitude tolerances.
- Execute diagnosis and corrective interventions on mechanical calibres, including replacement of parts and precision finishing where required.
- Operate timing and diagnostic equipment (timegrapher) and document test results; perform final quality control and release testing.
- Maintain detailed service records and contribute to technical reports to support continuous improvement of repair protocols.
- Work in close coordination with restoration, after‑sales and parts teams to source components and escalate complex defects.
- Ensure cleanliness and correct use of ultrasonic cleaners, lubricants and watchmaker tooling; comply with health, safety and brand quality standards.
- Vocational diploma in watchmaking (CFC, BTS Horlogerie) or equivalent formal watchmaking qualification.
- Proven competence in mechanical calibre servicing, regulation and timing procedures.
- Strong manual dexterity, excellent visual acuity and thoroughness in precision micro‑assembly.
- Ability to read technical drawings and follow detailed workshop process documentation.
- Professional demeanour and capacity to work within a high‑standards luxury after‑sales environment.
