- Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies across Retail and Wholesale channels, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and distribution of merchandising materials, coordinating with internal and third-party warehouses.
- Assist retail accounts in optimizing merchandising setups based on product assortment and key initiatives.
- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, providing education on best merchandising practices.
- Create and execute visual merchandising plans for new store openings and renovations, collaborating with various departments.
- Conduct monthly visual merchandising reviews with headquarters for all locations.
- Animate stores for seasonal campaigns and product launches, adapting brand guidelines to local spaces.
- Partner with retailers and headquarters to enhance shop-in-shop and corner locations.
- Manage merchandising and capital budgets, including purchase orders and invoice processing.
- Source and produce sales accessories locally, with headquarters' approval.
- Coach and develop direct reports, fostering professional growth.
- Bachelor’s Degree in design or marketing.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, preferably within a luxury setting.
- Managerial experience is advantageous.
- Strong aesthetic sense with attention to detail.
- Excellent team collaboration skills.
- Self-motivated with strong prioritization and scheduling abilities.
- Proficiency in SAP, Adobe, and/or CAD is beneficial.
- Willingness to travel 10% to 30% of the time.
A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in visual merchandising, with a preference for experience in the luxury sector. Managerial experience is considered an asset.
Bachelor’s Degree in design or marketing.
Expected salary range: $100,000 - $125,000, negotiable based on skills and experience.
