1. Implement consistent visual merchandising strategies across all boutiques and retail partners in Southeast Asia and Oceania.
2. Enhance in-store experiences through strategic product presentation and visual merchandising.
3. Support new store construction and renovation processes in alignment with the brand's identity.
4. Plan and implement new window and showcase animations while maintaining brand consistency.
5. Coordinate with mall landlords and local vendors for visual merchandising approvals and implementations.
6. Audit visual merchandising execution to ensure brand consistency and optimal presentation.
7. Manage and track budgets effectively for cost-efficiency and resource allocation.
8. Train boutique staff on maintaining visual standards and adhering to guidelines.
9. Prepare regular visual merchandising reports and provide insights for future strategies.
10. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budgets.

1. 3 years of experience in visual merchandising or store design planning.
2. Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred.

1. Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task.
2. Project management experience.
3. Understanding of sales trends and client behavior.
4. Team player, self-motivated, and able to work autonomously.
5. Strong collaboration skills with retail and commercial teams.
6. Familiarity with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.

3 years of experience in visual merchandising or store design planning.

Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred.

Fixed-term employment for 1 year.
