1. Ensure the industrialization of quality controls and provide necessary tools and methods to maintain supplier quality standards.
2. Create and update control ranges and instructions.
3. Provide tools, programs, and methods for incoming inspection.
4. Participate in quality projects and monitor their progress.
5. Propose new equipment and participate in their integration.
6. Provide technical support to inspectors and optimize incoming inspections.
7. Conduct workstation audits and ensure risk considerations in product lifecycle plans.
8. Adapt control instructions based on encountered issues.
9. Communicate with partners to resolve measurement discrepancies.
10. Participate in Supplier Quality Assurance initiatives and evaluate new suppliers.
11. Ensure correlation of internal and external measurement methods.
12. Conduct specific quality analyses and track SEI as per development strategy.
13. Serve as Key user for the Qualaxy control software.
14. Formulate material needs and propose product and organizational improvements.
15. Act as a backup for the CEM coordinator.

1. Holder of a CFC or diploma in microtechnology, mechanics, or watchmaking, or equivalent qualification.
2. Training in quality assurance or industrialization is an asset.
3. First experience in the watchmaking industry.

1. Strong knowledge of industrial metrology.
2. Initiative and proactive approach.
3. Conscientious and rigorous with excellent organizational skills.
4. Positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills for leading cross-functional teams.
5. Demanding in follow-up.

A minimum of initial experience in the watchmaking industry is required.

CFC or diploma in microtechnology, mechanics, or watchmaking, or equivalent.
