- Ensure the industrialization of quality controls and provide necessary tools and methods to maintain supplier quality standards.
- Create and update control ranges and instructions.
- Provide tools, programs, and methods for incoming inspection.
- Participate in quality projects and monitor their progress.
- Propose new equipment and participate in their integration.
- Provide technical support to inspectors and optimize incoming inspections.
- Conduct workstation audits and ensure risk considerations in product lifecycle plans.
- Adapt control instructions based on encountered issues.
- Communicate with partners to resolve measurement discrepancies.
- Participate in Supplier Quality Assurance initiatives and evaluate new suppliers.
- Ensure correlation of internal and external measurement methods.
- Conduct specific quality analyses and track SEI as per development strategy.
- Serve as Key user for the Qualaxy control software.
- Formulate material needs and propose product and organizational improvements.
- Act as a backup for the CEM coordinator.
- Holder of a CFC or diploma in microtechnology, mechanics, or watchmaking, or equivalent qualification.
- Training in quality assurance or industrialization is an asset.
- First experience in the watchmaking industry.
- Strong knowledge of industrial metrology.
- Initiative and proactive approach.
- Conscientious and rigorous with excellent organizational skills.
- Positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills for leading cross-functional teams.
- Demanding in follow-up.
A minimum of initial experience in the watchmaking industry is required.
CFC or diploma in microtechnology, mechanics, or watchmaking, or equivalent.
