1. Support the Visual Merchandising Project Manager in analyzing stock levels of display materials both centrally and locally.
2. Develop action plans for stock management under team guidance.
3. Forecast global orders for display materials to optimize supply chain efficiency.
4. Analyze worldwide consumption patterns to prevent overstocking and stockouts, ensuring optimal order sizing.
5. Collaborate with subsidiaries to provide feedback and guidance on stock management and order processes.
6. Engage directly with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and manage the tender process.
7. Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and strategies.
8. Assist in adhering to production schedules for display materials to guarantee on-time delivery.
9. Contribute to sustainability efforts by optimizing the weight, material, and packaging of display materials.
10. Maintain SAP purchasing orders, including reference and supplier creation.

1. Ability to commence a curricular internship starting June 23rd.
2. Bachelor's degree in Economics, Management, or Management Engineering.

1. Proficiency in English; knowledge of French is advantageous.
2. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with the Windows and Office environment.

No prior experience required, but a background in supply chain or purchasing is beneficial.
