Officine Panerai Stock Analysis & Purchasing Planning Intern

- Support the Visual Merchandising Project Manager in analyzing stock levels of display materials both centrally and locally.
- Develop action plans for stock management under team guidance.
- Forecast global orders for display materials to optimize supply chain efficiency.
- Analyze worldwide consumption patterns to prevent overstocking and stockouts, ensuring optimal order sizing.
- Collaborate with subsidiaries to provide feedback and guidance on stock management and order processes.
- Engage directly with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and manage the tender process.
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and strategies.
- Assist in adhering to production schedules for display materials to guarantee on-time delivery.
- Contribute to sustainability efforts by optimizing the weight, material, and packaging of display materials.
- Maintain SAP purchasing orders, including reference and supplier creation.
- Ability to commence a curricular internship starting June 23rd.
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Management, or Management Engineering.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of French is advantageous.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with the Windows and Office environment.
No prior experience required, but a background in supply chain or purchasing is beneficial.
