Officine Panerai Senior Public Relations Manager

- Drive and secure superior editorial coverage and storytelling across all print and digital outlets to enhance luxury positioning, brand awareness, and equity.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with global, national, and regional editors across various sectors, including fashion, lifestyle, and entertainment.
- Oversee PR efforts such as product launches, events, store openings, and partnerships, including Watches & Wonders and Panerai Xperiences.
- Manage media inquiries and sample trafficking for editorial placements, styling, and gifting initiatives.
- Collaborate with global market teams to align brand strategies with PR communications calendar.
- Develop compelling seasonal press stories and pitches in line with brand calendars.
- Create timelines and communication plans for PR efforts, including product launches and special projects.
- Develop tailored pitch lists for PR campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand objectives.
- Track VIPs, digital trends, and industry opportunities for celebrity dressing and events.
- Lead local celebrity and KOL relationships for influencer amplification.
- Mentor and manage a direct report, overseeing day-to-day tasks.
- Manage PR budget, including invoicing, expense tracking, and reconciliation.
- Prepare strategy and recap presentations for senior management and HQ reporting.
- Conduct systematic reporting on coverage monitoring, tracking, and competitive analysis.
- Manage external vendors and partners, including negotiation and financial reconciliation.
- Interface with senior executives and drive cross-functional collaboration within the organization.
- Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) required.
- 8+ years of relevant public relations experience in the luxury retail space, ideally with in-house roles; experience in timepiece category preferred.
- Strong relationships with consumer, luxury, fashion, and lifestyle press.
- Master storytelling abilities with proven results in premium coverage.
- Excellent communication, writing, project management, and organizational skills.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with initiative and accountability for business outcomes.
- Expertise in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to perform efficiently in a deadline-driven setting.
- Team player with collaborative mindset and influential skills.
- Proficiency with SAP, Microsoft Office Suite, OCP, DMR, Muck Rack, Cision, and Meltwater.
8+ years in public relations within the luxury retail sector, with a preference for experience in the timepiece category.
Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) required.
Expected salary range: $110k-$130k, determined based on relevant skills and experience.
