1. Achieve and exceed personal sales targets and contribute to the boutique's overall objectives.
2. Participate actively in briefings and contribute to the boutique's performance development.
3. Manage customer interactions and lead the sales process according to the Panerai Selling Ceremony.
4. Identify high-potential sales leads and conduct private viewings with VIP clients.
5. Promote products by understanding customer needs and maintaining extensive product knowledge.
6. Stay informed about the competition and luxury industry through self-learning and training.
7. Maintain impeccable presentation as a brand ambassador, adhering to Maison guidelines.
8. Comply with company policies and manage daily boutique operations, including inventory and repairs.
9. Ensure excellent boutique appearance in line with visual merchandising guidelines.
10. Assist with special projects and contribute to the boutique database development.
11. Cultivate client relationships through exceptional service and CRM initiatives.
12. Support the Boutique Manager in CRM action plans and participate in events.
13. Provide excellent client experience and handle after-sales service requests efficiently.
