1. Process and manage sales orders, ensuring coordination with logistics for order fulfillment and delivery.
2. Confirm and allocate incoming products to stores, collaborating with the sales team for optimal distribution.
3. Provide support to business partners by addressing inquiries, particularly regarding straps and accessories.
4. Maintain and update the sales database, ensuring data integrity and accuracy, and create sales reports for the sales team and management.
5. Coordinate with the logistics department to ensure timely and efficient product delivery, including transportation and inventory management.
6. Communicate effectively with business partners and internal teams, sharing customer feedback and collaborating on issue resolution.
7. Provide general support to the sales team, including managing order receipt, shipment, and sales recording processes.

1. Minimum of 3 years' experience in the consumer goods industry.
2. Experience in the watch industry is advantageous.
3. Proficiency with SAP systems and data management knowledge is desirable.
4. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
5. Business English proficiency is beneficial.
