Officine Panerai Sales Manager — UK & Ireland

- Define and execute the commercial strategy for the UK & Ireland to achieve and exceed sales, margin and market-share objectives across retail and wholesale channels.
- Own territory P&L, prepare quarterly sales forecasts and translate group KPIs into actionable targets for retail partners and the internal sales team.
- Manage, motivate and develop direct reports and in-market retail teams; recruit and coach talent to ensure consistent brand standards and elevated client service.
- Cultivate and deepen relationships with key wholesale accounts, department stores, authorized dealers and strategic partners; negotiate commercial terms and promotional plans.
- Implement luxury clienteling initiatives, VIP outreach and events to drive conversion, retention and lifetime value of high-net-worth clients.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity and regional performance; deliver market intelligence and recommendations to HQ for product allocation and marketing activation.
- Ensure rigorous inventory control, sell-through optimisation and compliance with brand visual and service standards across all touchpoints.
- Represent the brand at industry events, trade shows and client-facing occasions; travel regularly across the UK & Ireland as required.
- Proven track record in luxury goods sales with demonstrable results across retail and wholesale channels, preferably within watches, jewellery or premium accessories.
- Experience managing territory sales and P&L with a minimum of 5 years in progressive commercial roles; prior people management experience required.
- Established network of retail and wholesale contacts across the UK & Ireland, with experience negotiating commercial agreements.
- Strong commercial acumen with ability to analyse sales data, set priorities and implement corrective actions.
- High personal standards of brand representation, discretion and client confidentiality.
- Availability to travel frequently within the territory and to attend international meetings as required.

Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in luxury retail or wholesale sales with responsibility for a geographical territory; prior experience managing teams and delivering against P&L targets is essential. Experience within the watch or jewellery sector is strongly preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Luxury Brand Management or related discipline preferred; equivalent professional experience will be considered.
