Officine Panerai Sales and Marketing Intern

1. Support the Sales & Marketing Manager in creating market action plans and achieving commercial targets.
2. Monitor and report on sales, stock quantities, and competitor performances.
3. Prepare periodic reports for the Sales & Marketing Manager.
4. Assist in brand marketing activations and social media projects.
5. Implement global brand projects at the local level.
6. Contact partners daily to generate orders on SAP.
7. Process client orders in SAP and provide information on stock availability and delivery times.
8. Collaborate with Sales & Operations, Marketing Manager, Finance Team, and Logistics & CS Team to ensure timely delivery of goods.
9. Organize and update client master data in SAP.
10. Maintain Sell in - Sell Out Reports.
11. Keep clients and sales managers informed about order statuses.
12. Manage POS material needs, stocks, and vendor orders in SAP.
13. Monitor PR activities and report achievements.
14. Support local events and contribute to action plans in alignment with local and regional teams.

1. Bachelor or Master Degree

1. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and adapt to changes.
2. Team player with a willingness to support and learn.
3. High attention to detail and ability to plan and monitor deadlines.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Advanced proficiency in Turkish and fluent in English.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

No specific experience required, but a strong willingness to learn and adapt is essential.
