1. Manage orders and deliveries of finished products and promotional items in coordination with international markets.
2. Monitor stock allocations and distribution priorities.
3. Oversee supply management related to watch packaging, liaising directly with suppliers.
4. Act as the operational liaison for Marketing, Customer Service, and Supply Chain teams.
5. Contribute to the coordination of key events such as international trade shows.
6. Participate in the continuous improvement of processes including returns, inter-site transfers, and best practices.

1. Proficiency in SAP MM and/or SD modules.
2. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and data processing.
3. Excellent communication skills in French and English; additional languages are an asset.
4. Strong organizational skills and analytical mindset.
5. Customer-oriented with excellent teamwork abilities.
6. Ability to manage priorities in a dynamic environment.

Experience in supply chain or sales administration within a luxury or high-end retail environment is preferred.
