- Collaborate with the CRM & E-Commerce Manager to enhance performance and client experience in the MEIA region.
- Support the implementation of action plans across the network and assist in compiling and distributing monthly client data reports.
- Prepare and share performance reports with MEIA country managers and ensure boutique teams have access to the Clienteling app.
- Monitor client data capture and accuracy, deduplicate client accounts, and reassign ambassadors as needed.
- Develop a boutique activation catalogue and oversee boutique activations and gift tracking, collaborating with the marketing team on gifting occasions and events.
- Liaise with CRM HQ on digital assets, newsletters, and cultural festivities.
- Conduct frequent boutique visits to supervise business operations and ensure adherence to Maison guidelines.
- Organize training sessions for retail staff in line with Maison requirements.
- Fluent in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
- Excellent analytical and online skills.
- Strong interpersonal, writing, and presentation skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Self-starter, resourceful, and comfortable in a small team environment.
Proven experience in retail operations, preferably within the luxury sector, with a focus on CRM and client experience management.
