- Participate in the management of product development projects, ensuring adherence to quality standards at every stage.
- Contribute to the validation of product specifications in collaboration with design, industrialization, purchasing, and production departments.
- Assist in the development of project quality plans, including control points, quality milestones, and acceptance criteria.
- Monitor corrective and preventive actions in response to quality deviations or non-conformities in prototypes, pre-series, or series.
- Participate in project reviews (design reviews, milestone reviews, risk analyses) and draft associated quality reports.
- Ensure documentation traceability of quality requirements throughout the development cycle (specifications, validation reports, test reports).
- Map quality processes related to watch product development from marketing brief to series production.
- Draft and update procedures, instructions, and quality formats in compliance with internal brand requirements.
- Develop tools or templates to facilitate quality management of projects (checklists, compliance matrices, tracking tables).
- Collaborate with Quality Production and Methods teams to ensure consistency between development and industrialization.
- Contribute to stakeholder awareness of quality management and continuous improvement.
- Enrolled in an engineering school, precision mechanics, or industrial management program (Bac+4/5), with a specialization in quality, project management, or product development.
- Strong interest in the watchmaking industry is desired.
- Previous experience in the luxury or micromechanics sector is an advantage.
- Knowledge of quality methods and tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (formulas & pivot tables).
- Analytical and synthesis skills to identify key issues and implement associated action plans.
- Initiative and proactivity with a strong ability to propose solutions.
- Conscientious and meticulous with excellent organizational skills to manage priorities effectively.
- Positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills for leading cross-functional teams.
- Autonomous, results-oriented, rigorous, proactive, and eager to learn.
Previous experience in the luxury or micromechanics sector is an advantage.
Enrolled in an engineering school, precision mechanics, or industrial management program (Bac+4/5).
