1. Oversee and implement the Production Plan within the designated scope of action.
2. Ensure high levels of industrial performance and contribute to continuous improvement projects.
3. Manage the production plan within the S&OP cycle.
4. Validate the feasibility of medium and long-term production plans.
5. Propose improvements by identifying macro-production constraints.
6. Validate cadence assumptions for long-term planning.
7. Engage in regular discussions with the Supply Planner.
8. Identify and alert on risks and deviations in the production plan.
9. Communicate delivery forecasts up to finished products.
10. Maintain production workshop capacity data.
11. Ensure alignment between workload and workshop capacity.
12. Propose optimization actions for human and machine capacities.
13. Simulate 'make or buy' scenarios considering workload, capacity, and supplier budget.
14. Update schedules based on production contingencies in collaboration with the production manager.
15. Ensure SAP date reliability within the management horizon.
16. Establish the production plan within the defined horizon.
17. Communicate and ensure adherence to production schedules.
18. Maintain and update master data within the scope.
19. Maintain analytical tools and propose improvements.
20. Participate in operational excellence projects.
21. Contribute to group-led cross-functional projects.

1. Engineering degree or equivalent qualification.
2. Experience in a logistics or production environment preferred.

1. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
2. Knowledge of SAP (APO, ECC, eWM) and PowerBI is ideal.
3. Proactive, rigorous, analytical, and pragmatic.
4. Strong adaptability and interpersonal skills.
5. Focused on improvement and innovation with dynamic leadership abilities.

Preferred experience in a logistics or production environment.

Engineering degree or equivalent qualification.
