Officine Panerai Production Planner

- Oversee and implement the Production Plan within the designated scope of action.
- Ensure high levels of industrial performance and contribute to continuous improvement projects.
- Manage the production plan within the S&OP cycle.
- Validate the feasibility of medium and long-term production plans.
- Propose improvements by identifying macro-production constraints.
- Validate cadence assumptions for long-term planning.
- Engage in regular discussions with the Supply Planner.
- Identify and alert on risks and deviations in the production plan.
- Communicate delivery forecasts up to finished products.
- Maintain production workshop capacity data.
- Ensure alignment between workload and workshop capacity.
- Propose optimization actions for human and machine capacities.
- Simulate 'make or buy' scenarios considering workload, capacity, and supplier budget.
- Update schedules based on production contingencies in collaboration with the production manager.
- Ensure SAP date reliability within the management horizon.
- Establish the production plan within the defined horizon.
- Communicate and ensure adherence to production schedules.
- Maintain and update master data within the scope.
- Maintain analytical tools and propose improvements.
- Participate in operational excellence projects.
- Contribute to group-led cross-functional projects.
- Engineering degree or equivalent qualification.
- Experience in a logistics or production environment preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
- Knowledge of SAP (APO, ECC, eWM) and PowerBI is ideal.
- Proactive, rigorous, analytical, and pragmatic.
- Strong adaptability and interpersonal skills.
- Focused on improvement and innovation with dynamic leadership abilities.
Preferred experience in a logistics or production environment.
Engineering degree or equivalent qualification.
