1. Conduct quality inspections on components and watches in production using appropriate measurement instruments and inspection techniques.
2. Identify, document, and address non-conformities, defects, and anomalies.
3. Participate in root cause analysis of quality issues and propose corrective and preventive actions.
4. Perform product and process audits.
5. Lead multidisciplinary teams in resolving simple and complex quality issues.
6. Implement action plans to enhance quality, reduce costs, and optimize efficiency.
7. Collaborate with manufacturing teams to identify process and product improvement opportunities.
8. Monitor quality performance indicators (KPIs) and report on progress.
9. Ensure cross-departmental quality standards are maintained.
10. Draft and update quality control procedures, work instructions, and relevant documentation.
11. Act as the Quality reference for the allocated department.
12. Train production staff on quality best practices and control procedures.
13. Provide technical support to production teams regarding quality matters.

1. Advanced degree in Quality, Engineering, or a related field.
2. Significant professional experience in quality management, preferably in an industrial setting.
3. Familiarity with the watchmaking industry is advantageous.
4. Proficiency in quality control tools and techniques (e.g., SPC, 8D, 5 Whys).
5. Knowledge of quality standards (e.g., ISO 9001).
6. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
