- Support the coordination of worldwide press offices and manage daily requests for information and assets.
- Conduct monthly press coverage reviews.
- Assist in the development of press materials for new product launches and corporate projects.
- Support influencer marketing activities, including selection, outreach, negotiation, briefing, and reporting.
- Organize watch consignments for influencers.
- Assist in the management of brand ambassadors and friends, including travel arrangements and watch consignments.
- Share news with the Richemont PR Group.
- Coordinate logistics and supplier management for international events such as watch fairs.
- Collaborate with subsidiaries to meet client and press needs during events.
- Manage participation of clients, press, and content creators in international events.
- Implement local events and follow-up on post-event reports.
- Consolidate the quarterly event calendar and analyze gathered data.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communication or Marketing-related fields.
- Eligibility to activate a curricular internship.
- Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with confidence in handling numbers.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint at a professional level.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Solution-oriented with adaptability to change.
- Team player with a positive and focused attitude.
- Fluency in English; French proficiency is advantageous.
No prior professional experience required, but relevant academic background and skills are necessary.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communication or Marketing-related fields.
