1. Achieve and exceed monthly and yearly sales targets and KPIs as set by the Boutique Manager.
2. Contribute to the overall performance of the boutique by actively participating in briefings and development initiatives.
3. Welcome and assist customers, managing all stages of the sale in accordance with Panerai's Selling Ceremony.
4. Identify potential sales leads and perform diligent follow-ups to generate sales opportunities.
5. Understand customer needs to effectively suggest and promote products.
6. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Panerai's products, availability, delivery status, and brand history.
7. Participate in brand training sessions and self-learning to understand the luxury industry and competition.
8. Ensure impeccable personal presentation and compliance with company policies and procedures.
9. Manage daily boutique operations including opening/closing, inventory, and repairs processes.
10. Maintain boutique appearance in line with visual merchandising and grooming guidelines.
11. Assist in special projects as needed.
12. Contribute to the development of the boutique's CRM database and manage client portfolios.
13. Provide exceptional customer service and ensure seamless handling of service requests.

1. Minimum of 2 years experience in luxury retail sales.
2. Strong understanding of luxury service and aesthetics.
3. Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
4. Result-oriented with strong selling skills.
5. Team player with excellent interpersonal skills and empathy.

A minimum of two years in a sales role within the luxury retail industry is required.

Salary will be determined based on relevant skills and experience.
