- Achieve and exceed monthly and yearly sales targets and KPIs as set by the Boutique Manager.
- Contribute to the overall performance of the boutique by actively participating in briefings and development initiatives.
- Welcome and assist customers, managing all stages of the sale in accordance with Panerai's Selling Ceremony.
- Identify potential sales leads and perform diligent follow-ups to generate sales opportunities.
- Understand customer needs to effectively suggest and promote products.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Panerai's products, availability, delivery status, and brand history.
- Participate in brand training sessions and self-learning to understand the luxury industry and competition.
- Ensure impeccable personal presentation and compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Manage daily boutique operations including opening/closing, inventory, and repairs processes.
- Maintain boutique appearance in line with visual merchandising and grooming guidelines.
- Assist in special projects as needed.
- Contribute to the development of the boutique's CRM database and manage client portfolios.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure seamless handling of service requests.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in luxury retail sales.
- Strong understanding of luxury service and aesthetics.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Result-oriented with strong selling skills.
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills and empathy.
- Excellent customer service mindset.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Strong communication skills and network development.
- Proficiency in computer skills.
A minimum of two years in a sales role within the luxury retail industry is required.
Salary will be determined based on relevant skills and experience.
