1. Develop a new movement while adhering to the project specifications and industrialization requirements.
2. Conduct a preliminary study phase to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with marketing and industrialization needs.
3. Present and defend project proposals to the movement department and lead interdepartmental sessions to discuss technical solutions.
4. Construct the movement, ensuring compliance with marketing and industrialization requirements, and perform kinematic simulations for mechanism pre-validation.
5. Collaborate with the group leader, project manager, and laboratory to meet deadlines and create component definition plans according to ISO GPS standards.
6. Oversee prototype production in close collaboration with the laboratory and resolve technical issues during industrialization.
7. Provide technical support to the Marketing department and ensure technological monitoring and interdepartmental support.
8. Collaborate closely with suppliers and apply modifications in CAD, drafting, and PLM.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role with regular use of 3D CAD software.
2. Proficiency in Pro-Engineer CREO, Windchill, Tellwatch, and Microsoft Office Suite.
3. Solid knowledge of intellectual property and patent lifecycle.
4. Operational proficiency in English; Italian is an advantage.
5. Degree in engineering or technical ES/ET.
