- Develop a new movement while adhering to the project specifications and industrialization requirements.
- Conduct a preliminary study phase to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with marketing and industrialization needs.
- Present and defend project proposals to the movement department and lead interdepartmental sessions to discuss technical solutions.
- Construct the movement, ensuring compliance with marketing and industrialization requirements, and perform kinematic simulations for mechanism pre-validation.
- Collaborate with the group leader, project manager, and laboratory to meet deadlines and create component definition plans according to ISO GPS standards.
- Oversee prototype production in close collaboration with the laboratory and resolve technical issues during industrialization.
- Provide technical support to the Marketing department and ensure technological monitoring and interdepartmental support.
- Collaborate closely with suppliers and apply modifications in CAD, drafting, and PLM.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role with regular use of 3D CAD software.
- Proficiency in Pro-Engineer CREO, Windchill, Tellwatch, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Solid knowledge of intellectual property and patent lifecycle.
- Operational proficiency in English; Italian is an advantage.
- Degree in engineering or technical ES/ET.
- Meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Team spirit and strong interpersonal communication abilities.
- Creativity and problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility and autonomy.
A minimum of three years in a similar position, with extensive use of 3D CAD software.
