- Contribute to the creation of the Global Brand Calendar with a comprehensive omnichannel approach.
- Analyze product and marketing campaigns, including sell-in and sell-out data, as well as consumer insights.
- Develop Marketing Activation Briefs for internal and external agencies, proactively introducing and exploring new ideas.
- Collaborate with the Creative Department to ensure impactful content creation and timely delivery, adhering to retro planning.
- Participate in the implementation of Brand Guidelines and corresponding Marketing Plans across markets.
- Ensure the timely finalization of Launch Packages with a comprehensive 360° approach.
- Assist in the development and execution of the Company’s Brand Strategy.
- Support coordination of special projects.
- Facilitate day-to-day collaboration with HQ departments to ensure alignment with Brand Identity.
- Coordinate between Panerai HQ teams and regional liaisons through the 360 activation plan.
- Degree in Business & Marketing
- Analytical skills with proficiency in various databases and numerical sensitivity.
- Creativity and passion with a willingness to learn.
- Collaborative spirit with a positive attitude.
- Excellent time management and deadline adherence.
- Attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills.
- Organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills with multi-tasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective oral communication skills and cooperative work ethic.
- Proficiency in modern office software, including Excel and PowerPoint.
- Proficiency in English; French is a plus.
A minimum of 2-3 years in the marketing field is required, with experience in the luxury sector considered advantageous.
