Officine Panerai Marketing Intern

- Assist in the planning and execution of boutique activations, supporting the CRM Manager and retail boutiques with monthly in-store activities.
- Contribute to event management by creating publicity materials, liaising with agencies, and providing on-site support during local events.
- Collaborate with the CRM Manager on client data management and CRM performance reporting.
- Oversee the logistics of local movement and regional shipment of display materials and gifts for activations.
- Curate bi-monthly social media kits for retail partners and landlords to enhance awareness of new product launches.
- Prepare monthly marketing and media reports, analyze data, and update the annual activation calendar.
- Manage financial tasks including the collation of quotations and invoices, and the creation of purchase orders and vendor requests.
- Participate actively in marketing brainstorming sessions.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Familiarity with content creation and social media platforms.
- Responsible, proactive, and analytical with a solution-driven mindset.
- Strong collaborative spirit and willingness to ask questions.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Flexibility in schedule to accommodate after-hours or weekend activations.
No prior experience required, but an interest in watches is advantageous.
