1. Support the marketing team in daily administrative tasks.
2. Assist CRM Manager and retail boutiques with planning and execution of monthly in-store activities.
3. Support the creation of publicity materials and liaise with agencies for local events.
4. Collaborate on client data and CRM performance reporting.
5. Manage local movement and regional shipment of display materials and gifts.
6. Curate bi-monthly social media kits for retail partners and landlords.
7. Create and analyze monthly marketing and media reports.
8. Collate quotations and invoices, and create purchase orders and vendor requests.
9. Participate actively in marketing brainstorm meetings.

1. Interest in watches is a plus.

1. Knowledge of MS Office tools and Adobe creative programs.
2. Familiarity with content creation and social platforms.
3. Responsible, proactive, and solution-driven.
4. Possess analytical skills.
