Officine Panerai Marketing and Communications Executive

1. Support the Marketing & Communications team in daily responsibilities.
2. Coordinate with internal and external partners for seamless execution across Public Relations, Visual Merchandising, Client Experience, and Events.
3. Develop ideas and content for digital marketing campaigns.
4. Handle ad-hoc projects as required.
5. Support CRM & Event Manager in event implementation, including invitations, gifting, catering, and logistics.
6. Assist in the preparation of post-event reports and recommendations for future improvements.
7. Manage gifting inventory and coordinate logistics with the retail team.
8. Manage order, shipment, distribution, and stock of Visual Merchandising materials.
9. Coordinate with production houses on Visual Merchandising changes.
10. Translate press releases and coordinate production with designers.
11. Assist in coordinating press shootings and support on-site.
12. Adapt and translate digital content based on guidelines from HQ.
13. Assist in asset development for local digital content.
14. Coordinate with external partners for online content.
15. Prepare and process Purchase Orders and payments in compliance with financial procedures.
16. Organize and manage storage in the office and warehouse.
17. Provide other office administration support.

1. Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related discipline.

1. Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with internal and external partners.
2. Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize.
3. Attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
4. Self-starter, resourceful, and comfortable working in a small team environment.
5. Strong command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
6. Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and MS Office. Knowledge of design software is a plus.

A minimum of 2 years' relevant experience in public relations, marketing communications, or event management, preferably in brand marketing or the luxury industry.

Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related discipline.
