Officine Panerai Marketing and Communications Executive

- Support the Marketing & Communications team in daily operations.
- Coordinate with internal and external partners for seamless execution in Public Relations, Visual Merchandising, Client Experience, and Events.
- Assist in developing ideas and content for digital marketing campaigns.
- Handle ad-hoc projects as required.
- Support the development of event creative concepts and participate in brainstorming sessions.
- Assist the CRM & Event Manager with event implementation, including invitations, gifting, catering, logistics, and coordination with partners.
- Prepare post-event reports and make recommendations for future improvements.
- Manage gifting inventory and coordinate logistics with the retail team.
- Oversee the order, shipment, distribution, and stock of Visual Merchandising materials.
- Coordinate with production houses on Visual Merchandising changes and report updates to headquarters.
- Translate press releases and coordinate production with designers.
- Assist in coordinating press shootings and support on-site.
- Adapt and translate digital content, including e-newsletters and social media posts, based on guidelines from headquarters.
- Assist in asset development for local digital content and coordinate with external partners.
- Prepare and process Purchase Orders and payments in compliance with financial procedures.
- Organize and manage office and warehouse storage.
- Provide general office administration support.
- Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years' relevant experience in public relations, marketing communications, or event management, preferably in brand marketing or the luxury industry.
- Strong multitasking, organizational, and prioritization abilities.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with internal and external partners.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Self-starter, resourceful, and comfortable working in a small team environment.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and MS Office. Knowledge of design software is a plus.
A minimum of 2 years' relevant experience in public relations, marketing communications, or event management, preferably within the luxury industry.
Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related discipline.
