1. Assist with talent acquisition activities, including drafting job descriptions, job postings, CV screening, and conducting interviews.
2. Manage the onboarding process, including HR inductions and coordination with HR Administration.
3. Oversee the management of HR tools and platforms such as Success Factors.
4. Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR queries.
5. Support the HR Manager in HR management tasks, including contract administration and labor law compliance.
6. Collaborate with the Senior HR Manager and global HR Team on various HR initiatives and projects.

1. Degree or Master's in Human Resources
2. Previous work experience in HR is preferable

5. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
6. Fluency in English and Italian
