1. Welcome clients, partners, and VIP guests visiting the Panerai Manufacture.
2. Provide engaging and tailored guided tours, showcasing the history and innovation of Panerai watches.
3. Act as a host and ambassador of the Panerai brand, ensuring a professional client experience.
4. Solicit client feedback to identify areas for improvement in the tour experience.
5. Plan and manage detailed visit agendas, adapting schedules to meet the needs of visiting markets.
6. Liaise with relevant departments to organize and align activities for client visits.
7. Plan, organize, and execute special experiences and workshops.
8. Manage visit-related administrative tasks, including travel confirmations and catering.
9. Anticipate potential issues during visits and act quickly to ensure seamless execution.
10. Identify opportunities to enhance the client experience within the Panerai Manufacture.

1. Proven experience in hospitality, client-facing roles, or luxury brand environments.
2. Strong understanding of the Panerai brand and watchmaking industry is highly desirable.
3. Fluency in English, French, and at least one additional language (Italian or German preferred).

2. Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling tools; familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
4. Positive, welcoming attitude with a natural talent for hosting.
5. Flexibility to adapt to last-minute changes and diverse client needs.

Proven experience in hospitality, client-facing roles, or luxury brand environments is required.
