1. Participate in budget preparation and quarterly budget reviews in collaboration with HQ teams and distribution subsidiaries.
2. Assist in monthly and quarterly closing analysis of P&L elements, producing reports, dashboards, and presentations for top management and the Group.
3. Identify opportunities to streamline and improve the company's controlling business processes.
4. Support the onboarding and implementation of key sustainability and compliance projects across various departments.
5. Promote employee engagement in sustainability initiatives by supporting the preparation, execution, and communication of volunteering and awareness programs.

1. Currently enrolled in a Master's program in business, engineering, or a related field, specializing in finance, auditing, or controlling.
2. Good command of the Office suite, with excellent proficiency in Excel.
3. Knowledge of SAP and Power BI is advantageous.
4. Proficiency in English.
