- Participate in budget preparation and quarterly budget reviews in collaboration with HQ teams and distribution subsidiaries.
- Assist in monthly and quarterly closing analysis of P&L elements, producing reports, dashboards, and presentations for top management and the Group.
- Identify opportunities to streamline and improve the company's controlling business processes.
- Support the onboarding and implementation of key sustainability and compliance projects across various departments.
- Promote employee engagement in sustainability initiatives by supporting the preparation, execution, and communication of volunteering and awareness programs.
- Currently enrolled in a Master's program in business, engineering, or a related field, specializing in finance, auditing, or controlling.
- Good command of the Office suite, with excellent proficiency in Excel.
- Knowledge of SAP and Power BI is advantageous.
- Proficiency in English.

No prior professional experience required, but relevant academic background in finance or related fields is necessary.
