1. Conceptualize and manage high-profile events and activations across the Middle East, India, South Africa, and Turkey.
2. Monitor and allocate event budgets effectively.
3. Align events and PR activities with brand strategy, retail, and CRM objectives.
4. Collaborate with the Commercial Director and CRM Manager on event implementation.
5. Track event success and media impact through KPIs, client feedback, and coverage analysis.
6. Drive and manage press events and activations, including campaign management and photo shoots.
7. Oversee press release management, including dispatch, translations, and PR angle.
8. Organize press trips, including title suggestions, booking, and coverage negotiations.
9. Report monthly coverage with PR agency and monitor PR budgets.
10. Facilitate local celebrity and influencer product placements during key events and photoshoots.
11. Manage regional and global talent partnerships and campaigns.
12. Plan and execute social media and digital campaigns in collaboration with HQ Communications team.
13. Manage retailers' website content and share digital assets with market teams.
14. Maintain product shots and website updates in the region.

1. 5-8 years of proven experience in the luxury retail sector.
2. Strong network within luxury media, influencers, and brand partners.

1. Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
2. Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
3. High level of creativity and strategic thinking.
4. Proficiency in English and Arabic writing and editing.

5-8 years of proven experience in the luxury retail sector, with a strong network in luxury media and influencers.
