- Conceptualize and manage high-profile events and activations across the Middle East, India, South Africa, and Turkey.
- Monitor and allocate event budgets effectively.
- Align events and PR activities with brand strategy, retail, and CRM objectives.
- Collaborate with the Commercial Director and CRM Manager on event implementation.
- Track event success and media impact through KPIs, client feedback, and coverage analysis.
- Drive and manage press events and activations, including campaign management and photo shoots.
- Oversee press release management, including dispatch, translations, and PR angle.
- Organize press trips, including title suggestions, booking, and coverage negotiations.
- Report monthly coverage with PR agency and monitor PR budgets.
- Facilitate local celebrity and influencer product placements during key events and photoshoots.
- Manage regional and global talent partnerships and campaigns.
- Plan and execute social media and digital campaigns in collaboration with HQ Communications team.
- Manage retailers' website content and share digital assets with market teams.
- Maintain product shots and website updates in the region.
- 5-8 years of proven experience in the luxury retail sector.
- Strong network within luxury media, influencers, and brand partners.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of creativity and strategic thinking.
- Proficiency in English and Arabic writing and editing.
