- Lead the creation of a comprehensive global editorial content strategy across all consumer-facing touchpoints, both online and offline, in alignment with brand strategy and KPIs.
- Collaborate with internal departments such as Communication, Marketing, Media, Brand Creation, Visual Merchandising, Digital, and CRM, as well as external vendors, to manage the editorial content production process.
- Define the brand's editorial identity in partnership with the Brand Communication Director.
- Curate high-quality, engaging, and relevant written content for various communication channels, including social media, advertising, websites, newsletters, and in-store communication.
- Ensure the brand's verbal identity is consistently applied across all communication channels.
- Oversee external copywriting projects to ensure alignment with the brand's tone of voice.
- Stay informed about industry trends, consumer preferences, and the competitive landscape to inform brand and content strategies.
- Design and envision optimal customer journeys across different communication touchpoints.
- Act as the gatekeeper for the brand's editorial expression.
- Develop relevant messages and creative assets for various platforms and layouts.
- Contribute to marketing briefs by envisioning cross-channel effective editorial strategies.
- 5 years of experience in a similar role or position.
- Exceptional copywriting skills, including writing, editing, and proofreading.
- Strong planning and project management skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities to meet deadlines.
- Strategic thinking and ability to craft captivating editorial content.
- Customer-oriented approach.
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to think through complex situations.
- Advanced interpersonal skills for engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
- Knowledge of SEO and content optimization is a plus.
